We know that costs are a concern for all of us. We believe that limited funds should not be a reason that a deserving case cannot be initiated and pursued.
We therefore work with clients to structure an acceptable fee schedule, which may consist of a contingent fee (we only receive fees if the case is successful or if fees are awarded), hourly fees (we bill for our time spent on a matter), or a blended fee schedule (we may bill on a reduced hourly fee basis and, if the case is successful or if fees are awarded, we receive a lower percentage award than if a contingency-only fee arrangement was made).
Clients should never worry about discussing fees and costs with legal counsel. We talk to clients up-front to determine what arrangement might work best.
